Abuse tooUpdated: January 1st, 2014

Examples may help to fashion a framework for ways to measure abuse. Size and intellectual ability are the only two criteria that I have discussed so far and so, to deal with the first physical strength.

To employ someone who has no shelter and no food, may seem a gift, but it is exploiting someone's weakness through poverty to make a profit.

On the other hand to equally affluent individual arguing bargaining over the exchange value of gems and robes is not abusive between them, even if they exert anger. Although it may seem obnoxious to those poorer it my seem petty to those more affluent.

Charging someone rent to allow them to continue to shelter is again relying on their lack of resources to extort gain, gain on capital invested in property for no other reason that to make money and continue affluence.

Renting land for someone to grow their own food is likewise an abuse. Allotments do show up this discrepancy only to be short in availability and underused by those in work trying to maintain their shelter or affluence.

These example highlight the abuse of people that have done nothing other than be weak due to poverty, Yet that poverty is only developed by the fear and avarice of those that control the resources.

In the last example, history show that many weaker people working together can join to produce a resolving force, often war, but it can be by joint effort to reclaim abandoned land or through assets to buy land.

But what if they have land but lack the strength to hold onto it or the lack of understanding that it is being taken from them? but the masses with little intellectual understanding are still subsequently likely to be exploited and loose their land.

Consider the demented child or adult, how easy it is to con them of their booty.

Can we measure mental strength and use that to reduce abuse of one by another?

I think so

I must accept that I use and abuse and wonder if I can survive without even the abuse, as an animal I doubt it.
